The location of the hotel is excellent, with convenient access to the underground station and close proximity to the train and bus stations. it is situated near the beautiful Valentine Park, providing a pleasant environment. The rooms are comfortable, with clean bathrooms and a nice en suite. The service is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast, served in the room. there are facilities such as room service and daily cleaning, ensuring a neat and peaceful stay.

The location was great, with easy access to the city center via the nearby bus and train stations. The hotel was also close to Valentine's Park, a beautiful place to visit. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, with both the wardrobe and bathroom being very nice and clean. The staff members, especially the cleaners, were very polite and available to assist us. We also appreciated the free parking spot and the complimentary breakfast that was brought to our room every morning.

Excellent customer service, easy to find and close to the high street. Comfortable bed, friendly staff, and a surprise early breakfast delivery. Clean, friendly, and great value for money. Convenient location near TFL Ilford railway station for easy access to Westfield Stratford and London Liverpool Street.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - tucked away in a quiet area but still close to all the amenities and the train station. It was really convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were great. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel really welcome. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and clean. I had a lovely view of the back garden, and the double bed was really cozy. Plus, having breakfast included was a nice bonus.
Everything was just fine, no complaints at all.
